Information about your disability, health and support needs, where you give it to us or it is part of your NDIS plan
NDIS details such as participant number, plan details and plan manager
Details of the supports we provide, notes, incident reports and feedback
Information from visitors to our website, such as pages visited

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide safe, quality supports
To prepare Service Agreements, claim funding and keep required records
To meet our obligations to the NDIS Commission, NDIA and other regulators
To improve our services and handle feedback and complaints

Who we share it with

We only share your information with people who need it: your support team, your plan manager or the NDIA for payments, health professionals involved in your care, and regulators when the law requires. We share information with family or others only with your consent, except where required by law or to prevent serious harm.

Keeping it safe

We store information securely, limit access to people who need it and keep it only as long as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us how we handle it. Our enquiry forms open an email on your device, so information you enter is sent by email and handled as above. Please do not include sensitive health details in your first message. We can discuss these in a conversation. Our website uses a small amount of local storage on your device to remember your text-size setting. We do not use advertising trackers.
