Who we are looking for
Caring, reliable and ready to learn
You do not need to have worked in disability before. Kindness, reliability and a willingness to learn matter most.
Roles we recruit for
- Support workers (personal care and daily living)
- Community participation and group activity support workers
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) support workers
- Household and transport support
What you will need
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can guide you through applying)
- Right to work in Australia
- First Aid and CPR, or willingness to complete
- A driver’s licence and car for some roles (not all)
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability preferred, not essential
